Earning Points

Every purchase you make at Sou will earn you points!
Points are only valid for 1 year from the date of issue. However, old points can be rolled over (i.e. remain valid for more than a year) if you make a purchase and earn points again at any time during that period.
* You'll only earn points if you are a member AND are logged in at the time of purchase.* Points cannot be issued retroactively (i.e. for an order in the past).

【Guidelines】
We'll give you points each time you order from our store.
Points will be deducted automatically in the event of cancellations.

Basis of Calculation	Total item cost
Timing	Pending Points: Immediately upon completion of order (* Not usable yet) Active Points: 15 days after order is shipped (* Pending → Active)
Notes	Shipping costs, tax, handling charges, etc. are not taken into account.
Rate	1% (1 point for every ¥100 spent)

【Categories】
Points can be classified into three main categories.

Pending Points	Points earned in a given purchase cannot be used straight away. During this waiting period, points are designated a Pending status.
Active Points	Points become usable as store credit 15 days after the order is shipped. Once usable, points are converted from a Pending to an Active status.
Total Points	This is the total number of points you have (Active + Pending) at a given time.

【Earning Points: An example】

例：2007年2月1日に1万円のお買い物をした場合。注文完了後、仮100ポイント（原則1％）を付与。2月5日、商品発送。2月20日（商品発送から15日目）に仮ポイントが確定ポイントに！お買い物でのご利用が可能です。

Using Points

Use accumulated Active Points as store credit while shopping. (1 point = ¥1)

Use all my points!	Use all of your Active Points as store credit toward the total item cost for your order (cannot be used toward shipping costs, handling charges, etc.)
Use some points only	Specify the number of Active Points you wish to use as store credit.

Summary
○Amount Due = (Total item cost) - (Points used) + (Shipping, handling, etc.)

Check how many points you have earned and used so far! Simply head on over to your member page (My Page).
