*Choju Jinbutsu Giga (caricatures of frolicking birds, animals and humans), or Choju-giga for short, is a set of picture scrolls belonging to Kozan-ji temple in Kyoto. Created in the 12th-13th centuries, it is frequently described as the first manga in Japan.
Excellent condition for its age (i.e.taking into account its antique status).
